Vision Statement
In 2011, MFC actively and confidently fulfills this mission in the following ways:
- MFC promotes faithful stewardship of financial resources through its teaching and education materials. It is the primary stewardship education resource agency for its constituency – the members of its participating conferences.
- MFC facilitates faithful stewardship through its provision of personal client services. It is the constituency’s primary provider of donor advised gifting services, and will and estate planning.
- MFC is stable and growing, with effective, visionary governance and sound, creative management. MFC effectively influences its constituents’ and partners’ behaviour.
- The growth in assets under management enables sufficient revenue to sustainably fulfill its mandate, and create economies of scale.
- MFC has solid relationships with conference-affiliated charities and allied professionals that enable it to provide comprehensive service to its constituency.
- MFC staff are well trained, conducting themselves with integrity and professionalism while providing prompt, efficient and accurate service.
- MFC teaches about socially responsible investment (SRI), but also fully embraces it in its investment portfolio, modeling the use of SRI to the constituency.
