About MFC
Rooted and founded in a tradition of caring for each other and caring for our communities, the Mennonite Foundation of Canada is a public charitable foundation for people of faith, making giving joyful and easy since 1974.
MFC is donor-advised, meaning that we sit on your side, providing advice, tax information and tools to help you support the causes you care about most. In 2008, MFC distributed $8.2 million to 575 charities across Canada. MFC has over$100 million in assets under management, about one-third of which is used by churches and other charities in the form of mortgages and loans.
