Dori is available to facilitate seminars, teach and do personal consultations regarding will/estate and charitable gift planning. Dori works with individuals and churches in Manitoba and Saskatchewan.

EMPLOYMENT BACKGROUND

Dori has worked as an MFC Stewardship Consultant since the fall of 2007. Before coming to MFC, Dori had a variety of experiences including working as pastor of Hope Mennonite Church and coordinating the Open Circle (one-to-one prisoner visitation) program of MCC Manitoba. She currently serves as a volunteer on the Church Engagement Council of Mennonite Church Canada.

EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Dori has completed the courses Planned Giving: Making It Happen through Georgian College and Advanced Tax Preparation and Research through the Knowledge Bureau and the CAGP-ADPCP Advanced Gift Planning Course. She holds a Master of Divinity degree from Anabaptist Mennonite Biblical Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Cultural Anthropology from University of Winnipeg.

Dori is a member of the Canadian Association of Gift Planners (CAGP).

Dori and Rick and their two children, Raya and Jonas, attend Hope Mennonite Church in Winnipeg.
