EMPLOYMENT BACKGROUND
Milly joined MFC in July 2012. However, she is no stranger to the organization having previously served on the MFC Board of Directors. Before coming to MFC, she served as Manager, Stewardship Services with the Canadian Council of Christian Charities. Her expertise as a former bank manager, mission pastor, board member and volunteer bring a practical and holistic approach to her ministry.
EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Milly has earned the Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) designation, the Personal Financial Planning (PFP) designation, and holds a Bachelor of Religious Education in Pastoral Studies from Emmanuel Bible College. She has also completed the Canadian Association of Gift Planner’s Original and Advanced Gift Planning Courses.
Milly is a credentialed minister with the Evangelical Missionary Church of Canada. She also serves on the national EMCC Board of Directors.
Milly and her husband, John, attend Palmerston Evangelical Missionary Church. Their growing family includes three sons, a daughter-in-law and a grandson.
