Darren and Monika have two daughters, Michaela and Anneke. The family attends First Mennonite Church, Vineland.
Employment and Education Background
Darren worked as an MFC consultant from 1998 until December 2009 when he was named Executive Director. Prior to that, he spent six years as Associate Pastor of Youth Ministry at W-K Mennonite Church.
Darren holds the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation and the Elder Planning Counsellor (EPC) designation. Darren has also completed the Canadian Association of Gift Planner's "Canadian Gift Planning" Banff Seminar and has a Bachelor of Theology degree from Canadian Mennonite Bible College.
Darren is a member of the Canadian Association of Gift Planners (CAGP).

Rick, his wife Colleen and their two children, Erin and Justin attend Charleswood Mennonite Church (MC Canada).
Employment Background
Rick has been with MFC since 1996. This includes five years as Assistant Manager and one year as Co-Manager. Before starting with MFC, he spent three years self employed as a business consultant, five years as manager of finance and administration with Abbotsford Community Services, two years as accountant with Western Pacific Building Supplies Ltd. and one year as business manager with Swift Current Bible Institute.
Education and Professional Development
Rick holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from the University of Manitoba, and the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation.
Rick is a member of the Canadian Association of Gift Planners (CAGP).
